Rep. Claudia Tenney, who represents New York’s 24th district in the U.S. Congress, made a series of statements on her official social media account on July 30, 2025, addressing topics ranging from domestic politics to national security.
In one post at 13:17 UTC, Tenney commented on political discourse surrounding Hamas and its defenders: “These Hamas defenders aren’t fringe. They’re popular podcasters and former Obama staffers pushing a pro-terrorist, anti-American agenda. This is where Democrats are headed. Every American should be paying attention.”
Later that day at 14:44 UTC, she discussed economic performance under former President Donald Trump: “Under President Trump, the economy is beating expectations; despite constant fearmongering from the Left. 3.0% GDP growth, low unemployment, and we’re just getting started. This is what American prosperity looks like when you put workers, industry, and taxpayers first.”
At 17:56 UTC the same day, Tenney referenced recent developments related to the investigation into Russian interference in U.S. elections: “Wow. Thousands of Trump Russia probe docs were found in burn bags inside a secret room at FBI HQ. They tried to bury the truth. Now it’s coming to light. Let’s see how the media spins this one.”
Claudia Tenney has served as a member of Congress for New York’s 24th District since 2021 after replacing Anthony Brindisi and previously represented her community in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2016. Born in New Hartford in 1961 and currently residing in Canandaigua, Tenney holds degrees from Colgate University (BA) and the University of Cincinnati (JD).
