Rep. Claudia Tenney, a U.S. Congresswoman representing New York’s 24th district, shared a series of posts on her social media account between April 5 and April 7, 2026, addressing topics ranging from Easter greetings to military operations and state policy critiques.
On April 5, Tenney posted an Easter message: “Wishing everyone a happy and blessed Easter. Today, we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the promise of hope, renewal, and eternal life. May this day bring peace and faith to you and your family.”
The following day, she commented on a recent military operation: “No other military could do this. A precise, high-risk operation carried out by the best in the world brought our airmen home. We do not abandon our own. “ The post did not specify details about the operation or its participants.
On April 7, Tenney criticized New York State Assembly member Zohran Mamdani’s policy positions: “‘Fishy’ is right. Zohran Mamdani’s radical agenda of rent freezes, pro-illegal policies, and now sweeping DEI mandates is driving New York in the wrong direction.”
Claudia Tenney has served in Congress since 2021 after replacing Anthony Brindisi; she previously represented constituents in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2016. Born in New Hartford in 1961 and currently residing in Canandaigua at age 62, Tenney holds degrees from Colgate University (BA) and the University of Cincinnati (JD).
