Rep. Claudia Tenney, who represents New York’s 24th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of statements on her social media account between January 13 and January 14, 2026, covering topics from international solidarity to domestic policy and agriculture.
On January 13, Tenney wrote: “smoke ‘em if you got ‘em #FreeIran https://t.co/z08dUjNXgQ https://t.co/y26YLLG9vI”.
The following day, she criticized the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. On January 14, Tenney posted: “Democrats passed Obamacare without a single Republican vote. Now everyone has an expensive insurance card, but health outcomes and affordability are WORSE. Small businesses create most jobs in this country, and they are paying the price. Republicans are fighting for https://t.co/CA9cfZ2DPh”.
Later that same day, Tenney commented on recent legislation signed into law by former President Donald Trump: “Incredible news! President Trump just signed the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act into law. New York’s 24th District is the largest agricultural district in the Northeast and the fifth-largest dairy-producing district in America. This delivers REAL nutrition for students,”.
Claudia Tenney has served as a U.S. Representative for New York’s 24th District since 2021 after replacing Anthony Brindisi and previously held office in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2016. Born in New Hartford in 1961 and currently residing in Canandaigua, Tenney holds degrees from Colgate University (BA) and the University of Cincinnati (JD).
