Rep. Claudia Tenney, who represents New York’s 24th district in the U.S. Congress, shared a series of posts on January 21, 2026, addressing topics ranging from American leadership on the world stage to election integrity and the return of a constituent from captivity.
In her first post at 16:41 UTC, Tenney commented on former President Donald Trump’s appearance at Davos, stating, “Incredible. At Davos, President Trump stood before the world’s political and business elites and made clear what real leadership looks like when America puts its own interests FIRST.”
Later that day at 17:49 UTC, Tenney focused on concerns about electoral integrity in the United States. She wrote, “Trust in elections is essential to a functioning republic. When non-citizens are allowed to vote, confidence collapses and the system suffers. The SAVE Act restores a clear rule: American elections are for AMERICANS. The Senate needs to act.”
At 18:46 UTC on the same day, Tenney marked the anniversary of Ryan Corbett’s release from captivity with another post: “One year ago today, after 894 days in captivity, Western New Yorker Ryan Corbett was reunited with his family. Even before taking office, President Trump and his national security team engaged on Ryan’s case & helped drive momentum to bring him home.”
Claudia Tenney has represented New York’s 24th district since replacing Anthony Brindisi in 2021. Prior to her tenure in Congress, she served in the New York State Assembly between 2011 and 2016. Born in New Hartford in 1961 and currently residing in Canandaigua, Tenney holds degrees from Colgate University (BA) and the University of Cincinnati (JD).
