U.S. Representative Claudia Tenney, who serves New York’s 24th district in Congress, has used her social media platform to address a range of issues including law enforcement support, allegations surrounding the Russia investigation, and immigration policy.
On July 21, 2025, Tenney posted about public safety concerns in New York: “New York’s pro-criminal, anti-police laws are putting our courageous officers in danger & making our communities less safe. I joined the @crimedawgpod to talk about how I’m fighting in Congress to stand with law enforcement & restore law & order. WATCH https://t.co/poiilF86mX”
The following day, on July 22, she commented on the Russia investigation and its political implications: “The Russia hoax was never about national security; it was about power. Democrats invented a lie to try & destroy President Trump & overturn an election. Every corrupt actor involved must be held accountable. https://t.co/YfEFgFLZ37”
Later that same day, Tenney addressed immigration policies in New York State: “Thanks to New York’s dangerous sanctuary city policies, like the Green Light Law, illegal immigrants have flooded into our state. Over $7 billion in taxpayer dollars have been spent to house & care for them in NYC alone. That money should be helping Americans, not illegal https://t.co/9vMaOa2JfQ”
Claudia Tenney has represented New York’s 24th district since 2021 after replacing Anthony Brindisi as noted by her congressional biography. She previously served in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2016 and holds degrees from Colgate University and the University of Cincinnati ([source](https://tenney.house.gov/about)). Born in New Hartford and currently residing in Canandaigua, Tenney continues to focus her legislative efforts on issues related to law enforcement and immigration.
