Despite 3 prior arrests, NY’s sanctuary laws let him stay. These sanctuary policies continue to”.

Claudia Tenney has represented New York’s 24th District in Congress since replacing Anthony Brindisi in 2021. She previously served in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2016 and is a graduate of Colgate University and the University of Cincinnati Law School. Born in New Hartford, New York in 1961, she currently resides in Canandaigua.
