U.S. Representative Claudia Tenney, who serves New York’s 24th district, used her social media platform to voice concerns about several national issues, including alleged mortgage fraud by a Federal Reserve governor, the humanitarian impact of border policies, and questions surrounding presidential pardons.
On September 4, 2025, Tenney called for an investigation into Lisa Cook, writing: “Good. Fraudster Lisa Cook deserves a full investigation & full accountability. The American people have had enough of Democrat swamp creatures getting away with fraud & corruption. Mortgage fraud is a crime, & no one should be above the law; not even a Fed governor.”
The following day, she addressed concerns regarding U.S. border policy and child trafficking: “We can never forget that Biden’s open border is a humanitarian disaster. Over 22,000 children trafficked, tens of thousands still missing. The American people didn’t vote for this invasion, or the suffering it brings. This will go down in history as a stain on our nation that” (September 5, 2025).
Later on September 5, Tenney commented on President Biden’s use of an autopen for issuing pardons and commutations: “The Biden autopen coverup is a dereliction of duty that calls into question the legality of every pardon and commutation he issued. The American people were lied to. The Constitution requires the President to exercise this power himself. Congress is investigating. Accountability”.
Claudia Tenney has represented New York’s 24th District in Congress since 2021 after previously serving in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2016 and replacing Anthony Brindisi in Congress that year (https://tenney.house.gov/about).
