Later that day, she acknowledged local law enforcement news: “This week, the Seneca County Sheriff’s office welcomed a new member to their team, K-9 Frank!” The new K-9 was named in honor of retired Deputy Frank Eldredge Sr., recognizing his contributions before his passing in 2023.
