Claudia Tenney, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing New York’s 24th district, has recently shared her views on various topics through social media. Tenney, who replaced Anthony Brindisi in 2021 and previously served in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2016, used her platform to discuss economic progress under President Trump, commemorate a historic World War II event, and address a legal matter concerning the Second Amendment.

On June 6, 2025, Claudia Tenney remarked on recent economic developments stating that “President Trump continues to defy expectations! The jobs report is up for the 3rd straight month.” She attributed this trend to an “AMERICA FIRST economy.”

Later that day, she commemorated the anniversary of D-Day by reflecting on its significance. She noted that “81 years ago today, Allied forces stormed the beaches of Normandy”, highlighting their courage and sacrifices which were pivotal in turning the tide of World War II.

In another post on June 6th, Tenney addressed a Supreme Court decision regarding Mexico’s lawsuit against U.S. gun manufacturers. She expressed satisfaction with the outcome by stating that “The Supreme Court unanimously shut it down.” Tenney mentioned her involvement last year when she joined an amicus brief to defend Second Amendment rights.

Claudia Tenney was born in New Hartford, New York in 1961 and resides in Canandaigua. A graduate of Colgate University with a BA earned in 1983 and a JD from the University of Cincinnati obtained in 1987.
