Rep. Claudia Tenney, a member of the U.S. Congress representing New York’s 24th district since 2021, posted a series of statements on her social media account on August 1, 2025, addressing issues related to immigration policy and government spending.

In a post dated August 1, 2025, Tenney wrote: “Horrific. A criminal illegal alien released by the Biden administration is now charged with raping a child in New York City.

Joe Biden’s policies let them in and our children were put in serious danger because liberal politicians would rather set criminals lose on young children https://t.co/m50d2VTv0R

Later that day, she shared another link without additional commentary: “https://t.co/MfPrQYXPJS” (August 1, 2025).

On the same date, Tenney commented on an unspecified development regarding public funding and media organizations: “Good riddance! Huge win for Americans who don’t want their tax dollars going to left wing propaganda! https://t.co/geueghakkK” (August 1, 2025).
