On May 3, 2025, Claudia Tenney expressed concern about China’s influence in the Western Hemisphere. She stated that “The CCP’s growing influence in the Western Hemisphere is deeply alarming.” She aligned with Rep. Rick Crawford on the necessity of strengthening ties with CARICOM to safeguard U.S. national and economic security.
The following day, on May 4, 2025, Tenney highlighted the efforts of the House GOP to implement President Trump’s America First agenda. In her tweet, she emphasized that “. @HouseGOP is working to carry out President Trump’s America First agenda to lower taxes, unleash American Energy, & secure our borders.” She underscored the importance of delivering a comprehensive bill to the President’s desk.

Claudia Tenney was born in New Hartford, New York in 1961 and currently resides in Canandaigua. She graduated from Colgate University with a BA in 1983 and earned a JD from the University of Cincinnati in 1987.
