On March 24, 2025, Tenney expressed her commitment to supporting allies in the Western Hemisphere and countering the influence of Russia and China. As a member of the House Intelligence Committee, she stated: “As a member of @HouseIntel, I look forward to working with Chairman @RepRickCrawford to support our allies in the Western Hemisphere & push back against the growing influence of Russia & China in our own backyard.”
Later that day, she acknowledged a meeting with Secretary LCD and FASNY regarding federal policies affecting first responders. In another update on March 24, Tenney addressed efforts by liberal states concerning TANF funds and their allocation towards pro-life pregnancy centers. She joined fellow representatives Chris Smith and Fischbach in introducing related legislation. Her statement read: “Liberal states are attempting to unconstitutionally restrict TANF funds from supporting pro-life pregnancy centers, hindering their ability to assist pregnant mothers & their unborn babies.”
