On April 26, 2025, Tenney commented on a significant immigration initiative: “President Trump has launched a mass deportation effort to rid our country of the dangerous criminals that flooded into our nation during the Biden administration. President Trump is making America safe again!”
The following day, Tenney updated her followers on a legislative development concerning judicial oversight. On April 27, 2025, she tweeted: “. @HouseGOP PASSED the No Rogue Rulings Act to end this weaponization of our Judicial System by partisan Democratic-appointed judges. By preventing the President from carrying out his agenda, these judges are stopping the mandate 77 million Americans support.”

Tenney, born in New Hartford, New York in 1961 and a graduate of both Colgate University and the University of Cincinnati, has been actively involved in politics since serving in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2016. She resides in Canandaigua and has been a consistent voice in Congress since she took over from Anthony Brindisi.
