Rep. Claudia Tenney, a U.S. Congresswoman representing New York’s 24th district, posted a series of messages on social media on January 6 and 7, 2026, highlighting her support for the Trump Tax Cuts and former President Donald Trump’s foreign policy achievements.
On January 6, Tenney thanked key political figures for their collaboration with Congress in implementing tax reform. She wrote, “Thank you to @POTUS and @SecScottBessent for working with Congress to deliver the historic Trump Tax Cuts. An America FIRST tax plan means bigger paychecks, more innovation, and greater affordability across every sector of the economy. This platform shows what that really means”. The following day, Tenney addressed international affairs by referencing peace agreements brokered during the Trump administration. On January 7 she stated, “The world is safer today because @realDonaldTrump proved the impossible can become reality with the HISTORIC Abraham Accords & 8 negotiated peace settlements. Claudia Tenney has represented New York’s 24th District in Congress since 2021 after replacing Anthony Brindisi and previously served in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2016. Born in New Hartford in 1961 and currently residing in Canandaigua, Tenney holds degrees from Colgate University (BA) and the University of Cincinnati (JD).
