Rep. Claudia Tenney, representing New York’s 24th District, regularly shares her views and updates on ongoing political events and figures via her social media. Her recent posts reflect a mixture of national security, economic investments, and remembrance commemorating historical events.
On April 22, 2025, Tenney voiced her support for the Trump administration’s immigration policies, specifically targeting violent offenders. She stated, “Americans want to see criminal illegal aliens, especially violent gang members, removed from our country. The Trump administration is doing just that.”
The following day, April 23, 2025, Tenney announced significant economic news for Rome, New York, sharing that “Chobani just broke ground on a major $1.2 Billion facility in Rome, NY! This new investment is the Greek yogurt maker’s 3rd dairy plant in NY & is expected to create more than 1,000 jobs for New Yorkers! Under President Trump’s leadership, we are putting America First!” The investment highlights a substantial economic development in the area, promising job creation and economic growth under current national leadership.
Also on April 23, 2025, Tenney reflected on Yom HaShoah, a day of remembrance for the Holocaust. She remarked, “On this somber day, Yom HaShoah, we remember the over six million Jews who were systematically murdered during the Holocaust, Nazi Germany’s deliberate persecution & genocide of Jews.
