Congratulations to Niagara Falls Culinary Institute Chef Ben Loomis, on winning the gold medal in the ACF Monte Dolce Classic Culinary Competition!

Chef Loomis won the judges over with his dish featuring:

Torchon of Maine lobster tail with saffron-scented mousseline, butter poached claw, ricotta gnudi, spring asparagus, and brandied lobster jus.

In addition to being a Hospitality Instructor and Program Coordinator, you can also find Chef Loomis in Savor Restaurant as our Executive Chef! Stop by for dinner and experience his incredible talents!
