Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center (NFMMC) has collaborated with Strive Markets to introduce new dining options within its medical campus. The initiative will provide 24/7 access to fresh food and beverages, benefiting healthcare professionals, patients, and visitors.

The first Strive Markets installation will open on April 11 at Memorial’s main hospital, featuring fresh meals, snacks, beverages, and coffee. By April 15, additional installments, including the EMT Pantry Market and enhanced vending stations, will complete the launch of Strive Markets at NFMMC. During the launch, Strive staff will be present to support users and explain the new offerings.

NFMMC President and CEO Joseph Ruffolo stated, “This partnership with Strive Markets enables us to provide healthier, higher-quality food choices and ensures that nutritious meal and snack options are always available for our busy healthcare professionals, patients, and visitors, day or night.” He emphasized the importance of enhanced food access for daily operations and emergency preparedness.

Founded in 2011 by Jon and Jen Corto, Strive Markets focuses on delivering quality food through technology-driven solutions. Co-Founder Jon Corto expressed his excitement about supporting Memorial’s staff, patients, and visitors: “Access to quality food should never be limited by the time of day or the intensity of your schedule, especially for healthcare professionals.”

Strive Markets operates over 350 vending machines and 80 micro markets. It has been recognized with the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association Silver Plate Award for leadership in the industry.

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, established in 1895, serves the Niagara community with a range of inpatient services, including cardiac and stroke units, an ICU, and a unique adult inpatient psychiatry unit. Through partnerships, it operates the only cardiac catheterization laboratory in Niagara County and houses the Golisano Medical Oncology Center.
