AmyLynn Bryniarski has been promoted to Vice President of Service Line Operations at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Bryniarski, who has over 15 years of experience in healthcare operations and practice management, previously served as Executive Director of Outpatient Services at the medical center. In that role, she led several service lines and teams, focusing on clinical operations, financial performance, and patient experience.
Before joining Niagara Falls Memorial, Bryniarski held senior leadership positions at Buffalo Ophthalmology, General Physician, PC, and Moog InHealth Wellness Center. Her background includes expertise in process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methods, launching new clinical programs and departments, leading organizations through change such as mergers and acquisitions, managing regulatory compliance initiatives, and overseeing teams of more than 50 employees.

Founded in 1895, Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center provides a range of services for the Niagara community. The hospital holds accreditations from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care for its hospital and primary stroke program. Its primary care network is accredited by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. The center offers inpatient services including cardiac/stroke care, medical-surgical units, ICU services, labor and delivery care, as well as an adult inpatient psychiatry unit—the only one in Niagara County. The facility also operates five primary care centers along with outpatient mental health clinics and other community-based health programs.
Through partnerships with Catholic Health, Kaleida Health, and Erie County Medical Center (https://www.chsbuffalo.org/), NFMMC runs the only cardiac catheterization laboratory in Niagara County. Additionally, it houses the Golisano Medical Oncology Center in collaboration with Roswell Park Comprehensive Care Center (https://www.roswellpark.org/).
