On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Niagara-Wheatfield Senior High School standout Elanna Lysiak’s current college team, the St. John’s Red Storm, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Lamar Lady Cardinals.

The game took place at Lamar Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Lady Cardinals this season.

The Red Storm’s next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 11:50 a.m. at USF Softball Stadium against Loyola Ramblers.
