On Monday, Feb. 10, former Niagara-Wheatfield Senior High School standout Elyssa Giannini’s current college team, the East Stroudsburg Warriors, won 6-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lynn Fighting Knights.

The game took place at Buccaneer Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Fighting Knights this season.

The Warriors’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 12 p.m. at Creekview Park against Seton Hill Griffins.
