On Thursday, March 20, former Lewiston Porter Senior High School standout Roddy Gayle Jr.’s current collegiate team the Michigan Wolverines won 68-65 against the UC San Diego Tritons in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.
Hosted in Ball Arena, this was the first game against the UC San Diego Tritons during the championship.
The Michigan Wolverines’ next game will take place on Saturday, March 22 at 3:15 p.m. in Ball Arena against Texas A&M Aggies.
Roddy Gayle Jr.’s hometown is Niagara Falls and game position is guard.
