PENDLEDTON: Town Board - Regular Meeting - July 13

Pendleton recently issued the following announcement.

The Town Board of the Town of Pendleton will be holding a Regular Meeting on Monday, July 13th at 7:00 p.m., at Pendleton Town Hall, 6570 Campbell Blvd., Lockport, NY.

NOTE:  This meeting will be held pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1, temporarily modifying the Open Meetings Law due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in the interest of public safety:

  • The meeting will be conducted live via GoToMeeting.
  • The public is invited to listen to live audio of the meeting by calling 1 (669) 224-3412 and entering Access Code 856-983-501. (Callers will be muted for the entirety of the meeting.)
  • Public remarks and comments on agenda items must be submitted to the Town Clerk or Town Supervisor by 6:30 p.m. on July 13, 2020.
  • The meeting will be recorded and meeting minutes will be posted to the town’s website at pendletonny.us.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNOR’S EXECUTIVE ORDER PROHIBITING PUBLIC ASSEMBLY.

Public comments on agenda items can be emailed to the Town Clerk at dmaurer@pendletonny.us up to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, July 13th.  Comments can also be submitted by calling Supervisor Maerten at 716-625-8833, extension 113.
