Of the 1,120 people living in Wilson in 2019, 56.4 percent (632) were women and 43.6 percent (488) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Niagara Leader.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 379-to-282. In the 65 and over age range, there were 124 females and 110 males.
