Of the 1,309 people living in Wilson in 2020, 52.6 percent (689) were women and 47.4 percent (620) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Niagara Leader.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 72. In the 65 and over age range, there were 124 females and 135 males.
