Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-24) has unveiled her Broadband Access Plan and Agriculture Plan, emphasizing her dedication to supporting the agricultural community and addressing inadequate broadband coverage in New York's 24th Congressional District.

Tenney's Broadband Access Plan seeks to bridge the digital divide and enhance internet access in the region through legislative measures aimed at increasing competition and connectivity. The plan includes laying the groundwork for new technologies such as 5G, which promise lower-cost connectivity.

The three-pillar Agriculture Plan outlines Tenney's recent legislative efforts to support the district's agricultural community and protect U.S. farmland from foreign interests. This includes co-sponsoring the Making Agricultural Products Locally Essential Act, which aims to assist the maple industry by expanding markets for maple syrup producers while increasing seniors' access to locally sourced products.

"Addressing the unique needs of NY-24's robust agriculture community and sprawling rural landscape requires bold action and comprehensive, innovative solutions," said Congresswoman Tenney.
