Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-24) today released her Veterans Plan, detailing her efforts to ensure that programs for veterans are transparent, effective, and affordable.

Tenney’s Veterans Plan outlines the legislative initiatives she is championing in Congress to enhance VA transparency and accountability, expand access to quality healthcare, support the transition to civilian life, and honor the sacrifices of those who served.

“America’s veterans have put so much on the line to defend our great Nation and safeguard our freedoms, so it is only right that they have the enduring support and resources they need to succeed throughout their lives,” said Congresswoman Tenney. “Given the problems that have historically plagued the VA, including misspending, inconsistency in providing quality healthcare, and backlogs of claims, my focus is on ensuring the VA is reformed to effectively meet its mission and serve our veterans. My plan works to ensure all our service members, veterans, and their families are well-equipped, properly supported, and receive the full benefits that they have earned.”
