Claudia Tenney, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing New York’s 24th district, has been vocal on social media regarding economic and policy issues. She succeeded Anthony Brindisi in 2021 and previously served in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2016.
On March 19, 2025, Tenney posted about changes in egg prices under different administrations. "When President Trump inherited the Biden administration's struggling economy, eggs cost $6.55/dozen. Under President Trump's leadership, eggs are down to $3.45/dozen. Promise Made = Promises Kept".
Later that day, she addressed federal funding related to anti-Semitic behavior at Columbia University and suggested broader actions against groups supporting terrorism: "Just as President Trump withdrew federal funding from Columbia University for supporting anti-Semitic behavior, all tax-exempt benefits should be revoked from any group that supports terrorist organizations."
Additionally, Tenney highlighted her participation in a local event celebrating agriculture: "Our team attended the Genesee County Chamber of Commerce's Celebrate Agriculture Dinner this weekend. It was an honor to recognize Edmund Acres LLC of LeRoy as the Genesee County Soil and Water Conservation District's Farm of the Year!"
