Rep. Claudia Tenney, who has represented New York’s 24th District since 2021 in the U.S. Congress, has recently shared a series of tweets addressing various national issues. Known for her legislative initiatives and advocacy, Tenney has consistently expressed her position on major matters.

On April 23, 2025, Rep. Claudia Tenney tweeted “Happy 117th Birthday to the U.S. Army Reserve! Today, we honor & thank the soldiers & veterans who have put their lives on the line to protect their fellow Americans & our freedoms. We can never fully repay you for your sacrifices, but we are forever grateful.” This message was part of a national acknowledgment of the U.S. Army Reserve’s anniversary.

Later that day, Tenney announced her support for legislation aimed at bolstering border infrastructure. Her tweet at 21:08 stated, “COSPONSOR ALERT I recently cosponsored the FLASH Act to enhance the construction & access of roads in federal lands along the Southern Border for CBP Agents. This bill aims to support CBP & protect federal border lands from the harmful effects of illegal immigration.” This legislative effort was intended to assist Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents by improving road access on federal land along the Southern Border.

On April 24, 2025, Tenney addressed an increase in anti-Semitic incidents with the tweet, “In 2024, the US saw 9,354 anti-Semitic incidents, a staggering 344% increase over the past 5 years. These numbers are not just statistics; they represent real acts of hatred. In the wake of these alarming numbers, I will continue to stand with the Jewish community, aiming to” Combatting anti-Semitism remains a focal point in Rep. Tenney’s commitments, as accounted for by her advocacy for affected communities.

Claudia Tenney, born in New Hartford, New York, graduated from Colgate University and earned a JD from the University of Cincinnati. Before her tenure in Congress, she served in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2016.
