Niagara County issued the following announcement on April 16.
The Niagara County Department of Health issued the following update on positive COVID-19 cases in Niagara County:
- 9 new positive cases
- Total of 238 to date
- 113 in isolation
- 84 isolating at home
- 29 in hospital isolation
- 116 recovered
- 9 deaths

Niagara County Legislature Chairman Becky Wydysh will provide an update on COVID-19 today at 2 p.m. The update will be live on LCTV and streamed at lctv.net.
