Of the 30,338 people living in North Tonawanda in 2020, 51.1 percent (15,516) were women and 48.9 percent (14,822) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Niagara Leader.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 364. In the 65 and over age range, there were 3,382 females and 2,449 males.
