On November 18, 2024, Rep. Tenney invited constituents to attend a mobile office hours event in Penn Yan, New York. She encouraged those needing assistance with federal agencies to seek help from expert caseworkers at the event: "Need assistance in dealing with a federal agency? Attend our mobile office hours event in Penn Yan, New York, for assistance from one of our expert caseworkers!"

Later that day, on November 18, 2024, Rep. Tenney addressed the tragic death of Laken Riley.
