Press Release - Update to Fatal Fire on Daniels Road, Wilson on October 29, 2022
Wilson, NY – On October 29th, 2022, at 2314 Hours, theNiagara County Sheriff's Office Communications Centerreceived a 911 call reporting a structure fire at 3343Daniels Road in The Town of Wilson. Niagara CountySheriff's Deputies responded and confirmed the residencewas fully involved with heavy smoke and fire present. Firecrews arrived on location and began to extinguish theblaze. After a period of time, the fire was extinguishedand the 59 year old male resident was found to haveperished in the fire. Niagara County Origin & Cause Unitwill be investigating along with the assistance of TheCriminal Investigation Bureau. The name of the deceased isbeing withheld pending notification to family.**Update- The deceased male from the residential structurefire was identified as 59 year old Timothy G Stephens ofWilson.
