On October 17, 2024, Rep. Claudia Tenney criticized the Biden-Harris administration by highlighting an increase in consumer prices since their term began. She noted specific areas of inflation: "Prices have risen by 20.5% since the start of the Biden-Harris administration: ⬆️ Groceries are up 22.1% ⬆️ Rent is up 22.9% ⬆️ Electricity is up 31.3% ⬆️Car insurance is up 56.5%. Life is unaffordable under the Biden-Harris Administration."

In another post from October 17, Rep. Tenney condemned Yahya Sinwar for orchestrating a violent attack against the Jewish community that resulted in numerous casualties: "Yahya Sinwar orchestrated the most violent attack on the Jewish community since the Holocaust, murdering 1,200 men, women & children, including 46 Americans." She described further atrocities attributed to Sinwar's actions.

On a lighter note related to environmental conservation and recreation, Tenney celebrated National Wildlife Refuge Week on October 17 with a nod to local refuges: "Happy National Wildlife Refuge Week! #NY24 is home to the Montezuma & Iroquois National Wildlife Refuges." She encouraged constituents to engage with these natural sites through various outdoor activities.
