Rep. Claudia Tenney, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing New York’s 24th district, shared a series of statements via social media addressing various economic and energy issues. Her remarks highlighted concerns about the Biden-Harris administration's economic policies, as well as support for infrastructure development at Fort Drum.

On October 25, 2024, Rep. Tenney commented on current economic conditions, citing statistics from unnamed sources: "52% of Americans say they are worse off today than four years ago." She further stated that "62% of Americans say the economy is 'getting worse,'" and "46% of Americans describe our current economic conditions as 'poor.'" According to her tweet, she attributes these figures to what she describes as the devastating impact of the Biden-Harris administration's policies on the economy.

Later that day, Tenney expressed her views regarding Fort Drum's suitability for a Small Modular Reactor (SMR). On October 25, 2024, she wrote: "Fort Drum is an ideal location for an SMR due to the Army's ownership of its utilities & infrastructure..." She also mentioned collaboration with Rep. Stefanik in sending a letter to the Secretary of the Army supporting this initiative.

In another post dated October 26, 2024, Tenney addressed inflation concerns under the current administration. She noted that since its start, prices have increased by 20.5%, and yearly inflation has averaged 5.2%. As per her statement: "two-thirds of Americans are now living paycheck to paycheck," attributing this struggle to inflation described as "the cruelest tax."
