On December 9, 2024, Rep. Tenney expressed relief over the legal status of Daniel Penny by stating: "Daniel Penny is a free man! This case should never have been brought to trial, but Alvin Bragg attempted to prosecute Penney for political gain. Add this to the list of reasons for removing and disbarring Alvin Bragg."
The following day, on December 10, she highlighted employment and energy concerns regarding the Northern Access Pipeline project: "The construction of the Northern Access Pipeline would’ve created up to 1,680 jobs for Western NY & lowered energy costs for many Americans. I joined @RepLangworthy in urging Gov. Hochul to rescind her decision to block this pipeline & other energy projects that would benefit NY…"
Later that day, Rep. Tenney extended greetings related to the United States Space Force: "Happy early birthday to the United States Space Force! Grateful for the Guardians who visited our office today with a sweet treat to celebrate. Thank you for your service to our country!"
