She expressed her honor in hosting a welcome home event in Dansville, New York, where many gathered to celebrate Corbett's return. In a tweet dated March 11, she addressed financial concerns regarding Medicaid and Essential Plan benefits in New York. Rep. Tenney stated that an estimated three million people improperly receive these benefits, costing taxpayers an additional $20 billion annually. She emphasized that this situation is unfair to taxpayers and diverts resources away from those truly in need. She accused Democrats of risking a government shutdown due to their opposition to the President's America First Agenda, arguing they prioritize their disdain for him over the nation's welfare.
