Claudia Tenney, a U.S. Congress member representing New York’s 24th district, is actively engaging with critical legislative and national security topics via her social media channel. Her recent tweets cover a broad array of issues including defunding research in adversarial nations, increasing the number of FBI agent applications, and ensuring financial integrity in the distribution of TANF funds.

On April 5, 2025, Tenney emphasized her legislative initiative with a focus on defunding certain international research efforts. She stated, "This is a strong first step in defunding research labs in adversarial nations that engage in reckless & unethical projects. My Stop Funding Our Adversaries Act will put an end to ALL American taxpayer dollars being used to fund research in China."

The following day, on April 6, 2025, Tenney highlighted an achievement under President Trump, saying, "Under President Trump & Director Kash Patel, the FBI has seen a record number of new agent applications. This reflects Americans' trust in the Trump administration's leadership & support for our law enforcement officers."

Later that same day, Tenney conveyed her commitment to fiscal responsibility with respect to welfare funding, stating, "We must ensure that TANF dollars are going towards those it was intended to serve, not to plug holes in blue-state budgets. I introduced the Protect TANF Resources for Families Act to ensure states are not diverting TANF funds to cover their own financial mismanagement."
