Niagara County issued the following announcement on June 11.
The Niagara County Department of Health issued the following update on positive COVID-19 cases in Niagara County:
We regretfully report one new death in Niagara County, an 87 year-old female with underlying health conditions. We send our deepest sympathies to her family and friends.
The rest of the update is as follows:
• 6 new positive cases
• Total of 1169 positives to date (isolations + recoveries + deaths)
• 177 active cases (171 isolating at home, 6 in hospital)
• 914 recovered
• 78 deaths
• 20,219 people tested (source: https://covid19tracker.health.ny.gov/ )
