Congresswoman Claudia Tenney has recently made several statements on social media addressing various legislative and public safety issues. Representing New York’s 24th district since 2021, Tenney provides insights into her political stance and congressional initiatives through her tweets.

On April 10, 2025, Tenney criticized the voting behavior of House Democrats concerning the SAVE Act, stating, "It should not be controversial to say that only American citizens should be able to participate in our country’s election process, yet today, 208 House Democrats voted against the SAVE Act." She praised the House GOP for advancing what she calls "commonsense legislation."

In a tweet dated April 11, 2025, Tenney lauded the success of charter schools, highlighting the High-Quality Charter Schools Act. She noted, "Charter schools have a proven track record of success, working to ensure every student is given the opportunity to succeed," and emphasized the act's goal to "develop & expand the number of charter schools."

Tenney also expressed gratitude towards law enforcement agencies in a post on April 11, 2025. She reported on a recent ICE operation that resulted in the apprehension of 133 illegal aliens in Upstate New York, recognizing the work of @EROBuffalo and @ICEgov: "Thank you @EROBuffalo & @ICEgov for your dedication to public safety."

Claudia Tenney's background is notable, having served in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2016 and continuously serving in the U.S. Congress since 2021. A graduate of Colgate University and the University of Cincinnati, Tenney resides in Canandaigua.
