Niagara County issued the following announcement on Dec. 17.
The Niagara County Department of Health issued the following update on positive COVID-19 cases in Niagara County:
- 169 new positive cases
- Total of 6458 positives to date (isolations + recoveries + deaths)
- 1498 active cases (1468 isolating at home, 30 in hospital)
- 4838 recovered
- 122 deaths
- 194,257 tests of Niagara County residents (https://covid19tracker.health.ny.gov/)
