Of the 2,582 people living in Lewiston in 2020, 53.9 percent (1,392) were women and 46.1 percent (1,190) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Niagara Leader.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 82. In the 65 and over age range, there were 427 females and 285 males.
