Mental Health Association in Niagara County, Inc. - It's Mental Health Monday!

IT'S MENTAL HEALTH MONDAY!

There's an old adage that it's "Better to give than to receive". Gift-giving is also an act of altruism — unselfish concern for the well-being of others.  When we give without expecting anything in return, we are improving our psychological health.  Of course, we all like to receive gifts, as well.  The MHA's annual poinsettia and wreath sale is currently underway.  Support the MHA while taking care of your mental health, as well as those who you are gifting them to.      Dan
