On November 24, 2024, Rep. Tenney highlighted the introduction of the Anti-BDS Labeling Act in the Senate. She stated that this legislation "ensures that goods produced in Israel are accurately labeled while blocking federal funds from supporting the BDS movement." She emphasized that this bicameral bill sends "a powerful message of our support for Israel." The following day, on November 25, 2024, Rep. Tenney criticized the federal government's use of office space in Washington D.C., noting inefficiencies and financial waste. She remarked on how taxpayers are essentially paying rent for unused spaces: "Imagine paying rent for a home you don't even live in." Later on November 25, she addressed concerns about the International Criminal Court (ICC), accusing it of being influenced by Hamas sympathizers and undermining Israel's legitimacy. Rep.
