Rep. Claudia Tenney, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing New York's 24th district, recently expressed her views on various legislative matters through a series of tweets. Her statements touched upon issues related to international relations and federal government efficiency.

On November 24, 2024, Rep. Tenney highlighted the introduction of the Anti-BDS Labeling Act in the Senate. She stated that this legislation "ensures that goods produced in Israel are accurately labeled while blocking federal funds from supporting the BDS movement." She emphasized that this bicameral bill sends "a powerful message of our support for Israel." "Glad that the Anti-BDS Labeling Act, which ensures that goods produced in Israel are accurately labeled while blocking federal funds from supporting the BDS movement, was introduced in the Senate. This bicameral bill delivers a powerful message of our support for Israel."

The following day, on November 25, 2024, Rep. Tenney criticized the federal government's use of office space in Washington D.C., noting inefficiencies and financial waste. She remarked on how taxpayers are essentially paying rent for unused spaces: "Imagine paying rent for a home you don't even live in." According to her tweet, only "12% of federal agencies are actually using their D.C. office space." "Imagine paying rent for a home you don't even live in. Sounds ridiculous, right? Yet that's exactly what the federal government is making American taxpayers do—only 12% of federal agencies are actually using their D.C. office space."

Later on November 25, she addressed concerns about the International Criminal Court (ICC), accusing it of being influenced by Hamas sympathizers and undermining Israel's legitimacy. Rep. Tenney called for legislative action against the ICC with her statement: "The ICC is a shill organization that has been taken over by Hamas sympathizers," urging the Senate to pass the Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act and sanction ICC officials involved in these activities."The ICC is a shill organization that has been taken over by Hamas sympathizers, focused solely on undermining the legitimacy of Israel. The Senate must pass the Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act & sanction the ICC officials who are working to erase Israel from existence."
