Congresswoman Claudia Tenney of New York's 24th District has announced the temporary closure of her district offices following violent threats directed at her staff. In a statement, she revealed that law enforcement was contacted three times in response to these threats.

"Unfortunately, our team had to contact law enforcement today on three separate occasions due to threats of violence and intimidation against our staff members," Tenney stated. She urged the public to express their First Amendment rights peacefully and compassionately.

Tenney praised her team, describing them as "dedicated to serving all of the constituents in NY-24 with compassion and professionalism." She expressed gratitude for the quick action taken by both Capitol Police and local law enforcement to ensure safety.
