Claudia Tenney, a member of the U.S. Congress representing New York's 24th district, has been vocal on various issues through her social media posts. Tenney, who succeeded Anthony Brindisi in 2021 and previously served in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2016, continues to engage with her constituents on topics ranging from immigration to correctional officer conditions.

On February 19, 2025, Claudia Tenney highlighted a significant reduction in illegal immigrant encounters at the Southern border under the Trump administration. She stated that "Under the Biden-Harris administration, there was an average of 11,000 illegal immigrant encounters at the Southern border each day. On Sunday, there were 229." She attributed this change to President Trump and Border Czar Homan keeping their promise to the American people.

In another post on February 19, Tenney addressed concerns regarding assaults on correctional officers and staffing policies in prisons. She remarked that "Assaults on Correctional Officers have doubled, & they are routinely forced to work brutal 24, 48 or even 72-hour shifts." She criticized Governor Hochul for exacerbating these issues by enforcing a policy where prisons operate at just 70% of staffing capacity as full staffing.

Additionally, Tenney expressed support for legislative efforts by House Republicans aimed at fulfilling campaign promises. On February 19 she tweeted about plans for new legislation: ". @HouseGOP is dedicated to bringing one big beautiful bill to the President’s desk to execute the America First Agenda we promised to the American people!"
