Congresswoman Claudia Tenney of New York's 24th District issued a statement in response to President Trump's recent address to the Joint Session of Congress. In her statement, Tenney praised President Trump for his achievements since taking office.

"It has just been 43 days since President Trump was sworn in, and he has already accomplished more for the American people than any modern President. America’s Golden Age is finally here! He has already signed more than 100 Executive Actions, reversing the disastrous policies of the Biden administration and reinstating his America First agenda to make America strong, secure, and competitive once again," said Congresswoman Tenney.

She described the address as "historic and powerful," noting Trump's efforts in government reform, border security, and energy policy. "President Trump delivered a historic and powerful speech, highlighting his efforts to deliver on his promises to the American People. He is cracking down on fraud, waste, and abuse in our government, securing our borders, deporting criminal illegal immigrants, and declaring a national energy emergency to unleash American energy dominance."

Tenney also highlighted Trump's vision for collaboration with Congressional Republicans on economic issues. "President Trump also laid out his vision to work with Congressional Republicans to preserve and expand the Trump Tax Cuts," she said.

Concluding her statement, Tenney expressed enthusiasm for continued collaboration with President Trump on legislative priorities. "President Trump's bold and commonsense address to Congress establishes a blueprint for implementing policies that will deliver results for the American people. I am eager to continue working with President Trump, on behalf of all of NY-24."
