Rep. Claudia Tenney, currently serving as a U.S. Congresswoman representing New York's 24th district, has shared several statements on social media regarding state compliance with federal law, university campus protests, and educational visits to Washington, D.C.

On March 13, 2025, Rep. Tenney expressed concerns over New York State's sanctuary status in relation to federal law enforcement actions. She referenced a statement by Tom Homan: "New York State, you’ve got to change your sanctuary status and if you don’t, get out of the way. We’re going to do our job."

On March 14, 2025, she addressed the issue of anti-Semitic actions on university campuses by stating that Mahmoud Khalil should be deported for his role in leading pro-Hamas protests. She described Khalil as "Dangerous pro-Hamas protest leader" and indicated he is the first among many who should face such consequences.

Later that day, Rep. Tenney extended gratitude towards students from Oakfield-Alabama High School for visiting her office in Washington, D.C., where discussions included how policies impact New York’s 24th district and the legislative process. She expressed appreciation through her post: "Thank you to the students from Oakfield-Alabama High School for visiting our office in Washington, DC, this week!"
