On March 21, 2025, Rep. Tenney emphasized the importance of motorsports to Upstate New York and the national economy and culture. She announced that "The Motorsports Fairness & Permanency Act will support racetracks like Oswego Speedway & Watkins Glen by ensuring long-term financial stability & growth."
Later that day, she thanked law enforcement officers for their dedication to public safety. She stated that "President Trump & Border Czar Homan are prioritizing getting the worst of the worst out of our country," highlighting a case involving a registered sex offender.
