On March 28, 2025, she posted about an investigation conducted by the House Intelligence Committee into pro-Hamas protests affecting Jewish students on college campuses. She stated, ". @HouseIntel is investigating the pro-Hamas protests that have been terrorizing Jewish students on college campuses. Combating terrorist groups, like Hamas, is at the forefront of our work on the Intelligence Committee."

Later on the same day, Tenney addressed the situation involving Rochester Police Officers, expressing concerns over their potential termination due to Rochester's sanctuary city policies. She criticized the local government's status and accountability with the statement, "The courageous Rochester Police Officers who assisted their fellow law enforcement officers in an emergency traffic stop are at risk of termination thanks to Rochester's ILLEGAL sanctuary city status. The Mayor of Rochester should be held accountable for harboring illegal"

The following day, March 29, 2025, Tenney raised questions regarding foreknowledge of attacks associated with pro-Hamas organizations on college campuses, specifically regarding events that took place on October 7, 2023.
